· Adventureland
Amusement Park and Adventure Bay Water Park contain over 100
rides, shows, and attractions, including some of the country's most exciting
roller coasters and thrill rides. We are a busy, outdoor amusement park, which
means you’ll be working in a fun and fast-paced environment. We have a very close staff, and team
members feel more like family than employees.
· We’ll organize
cultural activities based on student interest.
Past activities include trips to the Mall of America and Omaha Zoo, indoor
rock climbing, cultural dinners, organized sports events, and much more!
· GREAT LOCATION! The Park and housing close to
many restaurants, supermarkets shops, and hotels. It’s only 25 minutes’ walk to
outlet, Walmart, and Target from the park.
· Student can take the bus from
housing to downtown in just 30 minutes.
· We’ll provide
affordable housing with full amenities. Live close to Des Moines, the capital
city of Iowa, which has plenty of cultural and historical activities.
· Altoona is known as the entertainment center for
Central Iowa with plenty of great restaurants, shops, trails, and community
events. Check out the Des Moines Farmers’ Market, ranked #2 in
the country! Be sure to stop for a picture with the world-famous Butter
Cow, a 600 pound cow sculpture made from real Iowa butter.
For the nature lover, Altoona has over 200 acres of parks
and 18 miles of bike trails in addition to a skate park,
rose garden, disc golf course, and much more! With plenty of things to do, your
summer in Altoona will fly by!
