"นักเรียนแลกเปลี่ยน" คำสั้น ๆ ที่ไม่สามารถบอกความหมายให้หมดได้ คำสั้น ๆ ที่เป็นเหมือนความฝันของนักเรียนธรรมดา ๆ คนนึง ที่อยากลองไปใช้ชีวิตในต่างแดน อยากเปิดโลกทัศน์ใหม่ของตัวเอง ที่ก็ยังไม่รู้ว่าจะเป็นยังไง จบลงยังไง วันที่ผมได้สัมผัสกับการเป็นนักเรียนแลกเปลี่ยนครั้งแรก ผมบอกตัวเองเสมอว่า "ระยะเวลา 1 ปี ผมจะทำให้หนังสือเล่มนี้ของผม ออกมาดีที่สุด" ทุกเรื่องราวที่ผ่านเข้ามาในชีวิตนักเรียนแลกเปลี่ยน สอนให้ผมโตขึ้น ทำให้ผมได้รู้จักโลกอีกใบหนึ่ง "หนังสือ" เล่มนี้ ถูกเติมเต็มด้วยประสบการณ์และสิ่งใหม่ คุณล่ะ พร้อมที่จะเปิดหนังสือเล่มนี้ของคุณแล้วหรือยัง ? It was so much fun getting to know our students on the school field trip to Doi Inthanon! Speaking English beyond the classroom goes a long way with them. It’s so rewarding to see you students excited to learn from you and trying to better their English!
Talking to students outside of school is a cool experience because you can learn so much about them and what they like to do! The Thai teaching community is filled with such supportive and welcoming people!
Every day is a journey in Thailand and it just gets better and better. I’ve learned so much about perseverance since I started teaching. It’s a good challenge for anyone!
